Just a couple of weeks ago, SVN advisors completed the year long training in New Orleans, LA., the year long program offered to all SVN advisors in the network. The program was specifically designed to help advisors take their business regimen to the next level. Modeled after the Elite program for managing directors, individual advisors now had the chance to learn new skills and approaches that they could take back to their office (franchise). The program is something that aligns with the training that is already provided at SVN Desert Commercial Advisors.
Mike Gallegos, a CRE trainer and coach for some of the SVN offices across the country plays an integral role in the sales training in the Phoenix office. “We teach principles from best in industry programs across Commercial Real Estate Economics, Finance, Underwriting, and full platform Business Development (Sales Strategy & Techniques),” said Gallegos. Director of Retail Leasing, Mary Nollenberger stated, “My greatest takeaways were the presentations given by Derek Lobo and Alex Ruggieri both on the subject of Relationship –focused business and servicing clients, which is my passion.” Multifamily advisor Carrick Sears also stated, “This was an exceptional program to hone my skills as an advisor allowing me to add value to my client’s investments and decision-making.”
